Sorry to hear about Mrs. Overstreet. I have fond memories of us having a lots of conversations over the fence between our houses. She was a sweet and kind person. Royce and Edna Sizemore, Valdosta Ga.

So sorry to read of your moms passing. She was such a nice lady. She is probably in heaven talking to Pete and Susie. You will be in our prayers.

The memories I have with MawMaw and PawPaw are endless. Many of them are from camping and fishing in the Georgia mountains or stopping by for cookies and a drink with Jennifer. They were some of the most gracious people I know. While saddened by her passing, I know that she is at peace with her beloved Hayward and they are smiling down on those who love them.

Mrs. Overstreet was one of my most favorite people in the world. She was always so sweet and kind to everyone; and befriended my Mother, when she moved into Summer Breeze in July 2011. Ms. Elizabeth knew that my Mom was new to the Savannah area; and most reluctant to move into Assisted Living; and was so sweet and welcoming to her. Our family will always be grateful to her for her love and kindness. I enjoyed having lunch with her from time to time at Summer Breeze ; and visiting with her. She was the epitome of a good southern lady; and I always left our visits feeling much happier and uplifted. I, truly, will never forget her. May she rest in peace; and may God bless and comfort her precious family, with warm and loving memories of their dear Mother and Grandmother , in the days ahead. With love and prayers, Nancy & Skip Watson & Mrs. Flossie Harrison Savannah, Ga.
